Start) – Wetherby Wilderness Carpark

Starting at the Bandstand, walk across the carpark following the river side.
Continue following the river under the old A1 bridge and the new A1 Bridge, until you reach a metal gate on your right.

Go through the metal gate and follow the footpath all the way to a farm track.
Follow the farm track around to the left, and up the hill, it will take a right turn onto a single track road.
Turn left, heading away from the water treatment plant, and continue up the single track road until you reach a crossroads.

At the crossroads, turn left heading down Heuthwaite Lane, you should now be on a farm track with hedges either side. Follow this path all the way to a footpath T-junction and turn left, following signs to River Wharfe and Bramham.
continue down this footpath untill you are back under the A1 bridge, Follow the river back to the Wilderness carpark.
